Britney Spears Press Charges Against Her Father
Pop Star Britney Spears has decided to take a step forward in her conservatorship case, as she recently decided in Court to press charges against her father, demanding they launch an investigation concerning him.
The request by the Pop legend came during a court session the singer was going through, to deal with her former attorney Samuel D. Bingham III’s retirement who has been working with her since 2008.
The judge who presided over the replacement was “Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Brenda Penny”.
Stepping in as Spears new representative is Federal prosecutor Matthew Rosengart who told the court that he will be filing a petition to remove the artiste’s father, Jamie from the case, who she accused of conservatorship abuse.
According to the popular singer, the abuse of her conservatorship came in the form of Jamie manipulating her through diet as well as forcing her to work 70 hours a week, which Britney said she did while being denied coffee.
The “Pretty Girls” artiste says those who had a part in the conservatorship, were making an effort to kill her.
Her Attorney Rosengart seems to be totally on guard for his client, as he issued a warning to her father to step aside if he loves her.
Even though the case has not been concluded, the entertainer seems to be pretty thrilled with what is taking place, since she even posted a video on Twitter of her taking a horseback ride and described her feeling as being blessed.
