Buju Banton Explains Why The Haitian President Was Assassinated
Veteran reggae artiste Buju Banton is one of those persons who have always spoken his mind when it comes on to issues affecting the people, and today he did just that by doing a video which he posted on his Instagram talking about the late Haitian president Jovenel Moïse who was gunned down in Port-au-Prince early yesterday morning.
In the video, the entertainer tackled the fact that the Haitian president did not take money from China to fight Covid-19, while at the same time sarcastically asking the other nations if they did.
The Grammy artiste then went on to talk as if he was directly speaking to the world leaders, jeering them about them having to beef up their security at this time based on the deals they have made with the devil which in light of the context the “Gargamel” was referring to meant taking money from China.
He, however, wished them all the best, further making them know that Moïse was different because he did not bow.
It will be no surprise if what Buju Banton said in his video sparks controversy among the people since he is very well known worldwide with his influence even becoming greater by rubbing shoulders with the likes of DJ Khaled.
