Canadian Actor Dies After Spending $220,000 on 12 Surgeries
Saint Von Colucci, a 22-year-old Canadian-born actor who was mostly based in North Korea as he followed his acting career, has recently been confirmed dead after undergoing multiple surgeries to mimic the looks of famous Korean BTS member Jimin.
According to reports, the actor spent approximately $220,000 on 12 surgeries to get his square-shaped face to have more of a Korean V-shaped structure. He was informed of the dangers of the surgeries but chose to go ahead and have them done, and in the end, he contracted an infection.
Colucci underwent surgery in November 2022 to get implants that would give him the facial structure he desired, but in light of the recent infection, he had to undergo another surgery on April 22, 2023, to have them removed. The operation, however, was too late, and he passed away hours later. This information was made public by his publicist, according to The SportsGrail.
Saint Von Colucci was also the main star in the Korean drama Pretty Lies.
Conversely, BTS is a K-pop group that has taken the world by storm with their music. The group consists of seven members, which include Jung Kook, V, Suga, J-Hope, Jin, RM, and the reason for Colucci’s multiple surgeries, Jimin. The group’s songs mostly talk about philosophy, literature, and psychological concepts.
