American record producer Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been slapped with a huge lawsuit from his ex-girlfriend, Cassie, who is accusing him of rape, abuse, human trafficking, and several other allegations. The rapper was hit with the lawsuit on Thursday after Cassie, born Cassandra Ventura, filed the lawsuit in New York.
In the lawsuit, Cassie claims that throughout her relationship with Diddy, which lasted more than a decade, he both physically and emotionally abused her. It is documented in the suit that the hip-hop music mogul, whom she started dating in 2005, hit and stomped on her many times.
Continuing with the plethora of allegations, the suit claims that Diddy made her carry firearms in her purse when they were out in public, kept giving her drugs and alcohol, and even forced her to have sex with multiple different male prostitutes whom Diddy hired. According to Cassie, the sexual activities she performed with the prostitutes were recorded, and Diddy would watch them while masturbating.
Additionally, the lawsuit specifically details that one night in 2018, after going to dinner and arriving back at Cassie’s place, Diddy allegedly forcefully had sex with Cassie. The dinner occurred during the time when Cassie decided to end things, and she said she believed it was a dinner to discuss how they would part ways.
However, she claimed that when they got to her apartment after having dinner, Diddy forcefully entered her home and raped her. The suit documents him ripping her clothes off despite her protests. It also documents that she subsequently attempted to sever all ties with Diddy by relocating because she was very stressed.
Cassie also claims that after Diddy found out that rapper Kid Cudi and Cassie were briefly involved in 2011, he threatened to blow up his car. She said she feared for her life in 2012 when Kid Cudi’s car actually blew up in the same manner that Diddy had said he would do it.
Cassie subsequently explained that she is coming forward now because she is finally ready to tell her story and “speak up on behalf of myself and for the benefit of other women who face violence and abuse in their relationships,” according to TMZ. It was also reported that Cassie is suing for a large sum of money.
The lawsuit has been shut down as “outrageous lies” by Diddy’s attorney. His attorney stated that Diddy “vehemently denies these offensive and outrageous allegations” and added that Cassie had tried to blackmail Diddy for six months, threatening to write a “damaging book about their relationship” if she did not receive $30 million. However, Diddy refused, and her threat was initially withdrawn.
