Article via Musical Impact | Irie Ites Records. A key artist of the current reggae scene, Chezidek releases his 14th album entitled NEVER STOP out on digital format, CD & LP.
Produced by Irie Ites Records, this opus definitively seals the collaboration between the artist and the French label.
Indeed, Chezidek and Irie Ites know each other very well because they met in 2001 during a trip to Jamaica. Since then, several singles produced by Irie Ites have been released such as the hit “Bun Di Ganja” with more than 1.3M views on Youtube and more than 7.8M streams on Spotify but also the titles “Who I Am“, “Mr Officer“, “Bad Out Deh” and many others.
Composed of 13 sung tracks and 4 dub versions, this album will surely mark the career of the artist as one of his best albums.
On the music side, the instrumental versions are played by big names in reggae such as Mafia & Fluxy, Roots Radics, Earl Chinna Smith, Dean Fraser, Bongo Herman, The Ligerians, Naram, Russ D or Irie Ites.
We find 2 excellent features “Kill dem” in combination with the famous singer of Trinidad Queen Omega for a burning and energetic track as well as the famous track “Mr Officer” in combination with King Lorenzo on the iconic instrumental version of “Roots & Culture”.
