“Me couldn’t go to the funeral,” said Calvin Scott who also noted that while his father’s name was spelt “Colvin” with an “o”, his name has an “a”. The chat was done with Jamaican Tiktoker ‘One Kevin’.

After Calvin outlined that he could not make it to the funeral, Kevin detailed that the reason who the two children of the Reggae star could not attend the funeral in Jamaica is because the wife did not send the death certificate to them.

It was outlined that they did not get the death certificate to obtain the necessary travel permit to attend the farewell in Clarendon last Sunday.

In an earlier audio from another recording of Cocoa Tea’s daughter, Roshaine Scott , she shared that Malvia Scott was unfaithful to her father and used a lot of his money for her own gains.

“Weh mi know seh she neva deal wid the man straight bredda,” the son went on to detail that he was told by his father’s friend that while in the hospital, Cocoa Tea asked to return home, however, his wife told him that she had moved on in her reply.

The son who is also called Junior went further to claim that the widow was not legally married to his father and she obtained a marriage certificate illegally, “A buy she buy marriage certificate mi nah ask Christ bro… she and the man nuh married bro… she neva guh in front a pastor bro, a buy she buy a marriage certificate offa one link… she deal wid the man wicked bredda,” said Calvin.

Cocoa Tea has a total of 8 children, most of whom attended his funeral.
