Cop Arrested And Charged For Sexually And Physically Assaulting Girlfriend

A Police constable has been arrested and slapped, with several charges after he is reported to have sexually and physically assaulted his girlfriend while she was handcuffed.

The identity of the constable was identified to be Ryan Anderson, who was operating in the Portland Police division and made a St. Mary court appearance last week which resulted in him being charged with grievous sexual assault, rape, unlawful wounding, malicious destruction of property, and three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm.

An effort was made to secure bail for the constable however, that was denied and the Policeman will have to face the court once more on the 13th of January, 2022. The attorney representing the defendant says that another effort towards securing bail will be sought after but their client will have to stay behind bars until then.

The matter was reported to have taken place between November 13 and 29 and according to Loop who brought the news, Anderson was said to have launched accusations at his girlfriend for being unfaithful which turned out into a conflict between the two, resulting in the cop allegedly handcuffing his girlfriend to a bed, and sexually and physically assaulting her.

The reports are that the situation resulted in several items of clothes being burnt for the woman during the conflict. The matter went on until it was finally reported to the Police, and investigations into the situation were started leading to the arrest and charging of Anderson after the Office Of The Director Of Public Prosecution ordered for it to be done.
