Bishop Kevin Smith who pastored the Pathways International Kingdom Restoration Ministries, even though confirmed dead, has received Posthumous charges The man, widely known as the “Cult Pastor” received two murder charges and one charge of conspiracy to commit murder on Wednesday during court proceedings.

Smith has been Posthumously charged with the deaths of Taneka Garden, who was found with her throat slashed at the 3-day convention the church kept and Michael Brown who was sick with kidney issues in hospital and discharged himself just to be in attendance at the convention.

Sadly Michael Brown only met his demise as he was said to have bled to death when the Pastor of the cult church, drew out several tubes that were attached to Brown’s body for medical purposes.

On seeing Brown bleeding out it is reported that some of the congregants wanted to help Brown however, Smith was said to have given them orders to let him bleed to death.

Smith’s co-accused Andre Ruddock who is known to be the right-hand man of the cult Pastor, also faced the court yesterday, however, he was without legal representation and was assigned an attorney by the Director of Public Prosecutions Paula Llewelyn who also governed the court proceedings for the crown.

It is also interesting to note that the DPP herself, has confirmed that Kevin Smith has a criminal history as he received charges for sexually assaulting a 21-year-old man in Canada.

Ruddock was charged with one count of murder which was the slashing of Taneka Gardener’s throat and one case of wounding with intent. Smith’s co-accused is to return to court on November 3rd, to answer to the charges laid against him.

Bishop Kevin Smith died 3 days ago in a car crash while being transferred from Montego Bay to Kingston to be charged, which also left a Police Officer by the name of Orlando Irons dead.

He was arrested along with several of his church members when a joint Police and Soldier team, Invaded the property at which the congregation of the church was keeping a 3-day convention. Upon going to the premises, it is said that the security forces were shot at and one man who attacked them was killed.

After the firing subsided, the premises were searched by the joint security force team that went on to discover that two people were killed and up to 3 injured in what they described as an ongoing human sacrifice ritual.
