Dancehall Artiste Quada Granted $500,000 Bail

Quada the rising Dancehall Artiste who was charged with murder recently was granted bail for JA $ 500,000.00 in the Kingston and St. Andrew Parish Court.

Quada whose given name is Shaquelle Clarke was represented by Attorneys Bianca Samuels and Stacy-Ann Knight, they are members of his legal team.

Stop orders are in place at ports island-wide and on his travel documents, and his travel documents were also surrendered, this was ordered by the court.

However, Clarke is expected to ask the court to remove the stop order to facilitate his many tours. His Attorney Bert Samuels revealed that his client is denying his involvement in the murder.

January 27, 2020 is the day Quada is scheduled to return to court.

The artiste was charged, after a question and answer session with the police for Arson and Murder.

They believe he is connected to the mob killing of 30-year-old Miguel Williams, in Sterling Castle Heights, that took place last year.

It was alleged that Willams was of unsound mind.

It was reported that on April 17, 2019, he was beaten and killed before he was set ablaze. As he was accused of being involved in the killing of 8-year-old Shantae Skyers a little girl that had gone missing.

The police later revealed that, the DNA evidence taken from the body of Shantae Skyers did not match the DNA of Miguel Williams, the deceased.
