Dancehall producer Papi Don Muzik is now behind bars after a search warrant was granted to the police, to search his home on Wednesday.
The search was done by deputies of the Sarasota, and Broward Counties.
On the search of the producer’s house, the police reportedly found several items including guns, ammunition and $17000 in cash.
Papi Don whose real name is Donte Johnson was also arrested for allegedly stealing $300,000 US dollars, from 18 senior citizens.
According to the Abc news the producer is accused of scamming up to $63,000, from a victim in Sarasota County.
Papi Don Muzik is known to produce songs for Teejay, Vershon, Shaneil Muir, Takova, Chronic Law and many others.
Johnson is currently out on bond.
It’s unclear when will be his next court date.
