Detectives Caught Man on Camera Robbing Friend

A man in Hanover was arrested by detectives and he was charged because he was caught on camera as he broke into his friend’s home on Friday. 

Charged with burglary, larceny and malicious destruction of property, is 20-year–old Jamar Taylor who resides in Kendal district in the parish. 

The police reported that, the complainant securely locked up his house and left at about 6 pm and Taylor broke into the house through a PV glass window and stole USD 300.00 and JMD 15,000.00.

Later when the complainant reviewed footage from his CCTV camera, he identified the robber to be a close friend of his.

The crime was reported to the police, and Taylor was arrested and charged.

His court date will be finalised.
