DMX Family Holds on to Hope with Prayer Vigil

Family, friends and many fans of rapper DMX plan to host a prayer vigil today in New York. According to reports the 50-year-old hitmaker had a drug overdose however his lawyer or family is yet to confirm such reports.

DMX currently only has a little brain function after a reported drug overdose, he is in an ICU unit while a few of his family members are hoping he will recover.

DMX’s manager, Steve Rifkind is asking persons to pray for his recovery.

The rapper suffered a heart attack during the OD and there seems to be an inflammation in his head. It is possible that the swelling could go down and his heart could restore itself. Sources have stated that his family is not giving up.

Earl Simmons who more commonly known as DMX suffered from a heart attack on Saturday and is said to be in a vegitative state currently.
