DMX In Critical Condition at Hospital After Overdose

Veteran Rapper DMX has been admitted to the White Plains Hospital in New York, under critical conditions after he experienced an overdose at his home on Friday. According to TMZ who covered the news, the rapper is said to even have had a heart attack, and now doctors at not so sure he will make it.

According to the medical practitioners, DMX was discovered around 11 pm, suffering from the overdose and is currently in a vegetative state. The rapper had suffered from year’s of addiction in the past and even went to rehab in 2019, as he feared he was about to go into relapse.

The rapper was placed on life support at first however he is currently off life support and breathing on his own. A lot of people are said to be gathering at the hospital where he is being treated.

Dmx is well known for his hits such as “X gon give it to ya”, ” Party Up”, “Slippin” and many more which has placed him as a legend in the hip hop game.

Things were picking up for the “Ruff Ryder’s label” artiste, with him making a comeback in 2019, to the stage, eventually performing on a verzuz battle stage with Snoop Dogg in July 2020.

DMX whose real name is Earl Simmons is currently 50 years old, he is deemed one of the biggest rappers of the 90s era.
