37-year-old rapper Drake has publicly responded to allegations made by 48-year-old rapper Rick Ross that he had undergone plastic surgery. The accusations surfaced through Ross’ diss track ‘Champagne Moments,’ in which he suggested that Drake had his nose altered.
Following the diss track, Drake shared a screenshot on Sunday, April 14, of a text exchange with his mother, Sandi Graham, on his Instagram Stories. In the texts, his mother asks him about the rumours of a nose job, to which Drake humorously replies that if he had undergone the procedure, he would have secured a “2 for 1 deal” for both of them.
In the same post, Drake accused Ross of being influenced by the side effects of Mounjaro, an antidiabetic medication used for weight loss, claiming it had made Ross “angry and racist.” This was in reference to Ross repeatedly calling him a “white boy” in his diss track; it is noteworthy that Drake is of mixed heritage.
Ross, not one to let the matter slide, retorted via an Instagram Story video after reportedly waking from a nap. He mocked Drake for consulting his mother about the accusations and continued to taunt him by challenging his street credibility and calling into question his authenticity.
Ross cheekily advised Drake to inform his mother that he had stayed out too late, implying that Drake was out of his depth in their ongoing feud.

The conflict has escalated with Rick Ross mocking Drake‘s physical appearance and lifestyle in his responses, maintaining that Drake had a significant body transformation, allegedly costing “40 bands.”
This row marks a deterioration in the relationship between the two rap artistes, who were once collaborators. The dispute has now moved beyond mere artistic rivalry, touching on sensitive racial remarks and personal attacks, highlighting the intense and often personal nature of hip-hop feuds.
