Drake’s OVO Company Launches New Coloured Clarks Wallabees
Drake’s OVO company has collaborated with Clarks Originals another time.
The Toronto rapper has been making some big moves in the shoe business world having also partnered with Jordon.
“October’s Very Own”, has teamed up with Clarks Originals to release a three-color collection of Wallabee Lo’s. Drake and OVO collaborated with Clarks to create another Wallabee collection back in 2018 with the OVO Don’s imprint company.
This time the collection has been different, with brighter and better quality material. The new OVO Wallabee collection will feature a neon green edition, orange and black, as is made from premium suede.
The OVO logo is embossed on the heel of the shoe where the “Clarks Originals” shoe tag hangs along with another tag with the logo as well. The new collection will be only sold at OctobersVeryOwn.com as well as OVO locations and boutiques beginning on Wednesday, February 26, 2020. It will retail for about $198 up.
Drake is a big fan of Jamaican culture and dancehall music, and those who know a bit of the history of dancehall, then they will know that Clarks has always been a staple in the genre from the 1980s.
