Elderly Couple Killed By Gunmen In St. Ann
The St. Ann Police are now in search of some gunmen after they were reported to have killed a couple at their home located in the district of Claremont, St. Ann.
The two elderly persons were identified as 61-year-old Thelma Nembhard, and her husband 68-year-old David Nembhard.
The tragic event that took the lives of the two elders, also saw a female teenager getting injured amidst the shooting.
Reports are that on Wednesday, the couple alongside the Teenager was at their home in the community of Woodside when gunmen entered their premises and fired shots, which tragically hit the occupants of the dwelling. The criminals then immediately left the scene.
The Police were contacted and the injured persons were taken to the hospital, where the elderly couple was pronounced dead and the teen was admitted and stabilised.
The Police are currently investigating the matter, to find out if any domestic connections might have caused the event to take place.
