Elderly Man Who KILLED TEEN GIRL Will Be Sentenced TODAY

Yesterday an elderly man was convicted for a gruesome killing, after a teenage girl’s body was found with the throat slashed and multiple stab wounds.

Winston Jarrett, a watchman of Runaway Bay, St Ann, pleaded guilty to the murder of Julanna Whyte, 18years old of Salem Runaway Bay, the teen was killed in January 2020.

Jarrett was charged, after the police in Duncans, Trelawny did their investigation and he turned himself in on February 18, 2020.

The 62-year-old Jarrett was remanded in custody and he will be sentenced by Chief Justice Bryan Sykes, who is presiding over the case Today.

The teen’s body was found in bushes at about 6:45 a.m. on January 25, 2020, when a passer-by saw it and alerted the police.
