George Nooks Bail Extended Until March

The singer appeared in the Kingston and St. Andrew Parish Court in Half-Way-Tree where his case was mentioned to complete disclosure. After he was arrested for an April 2019 incident, when he was charged for attempting to pervert the course of justice and possession of cocaine.

It was alleged that Nooks swallowed a substance after he was accosted by the police in 2019 in Liguanea, St Andrew. He was taken to the Kingston Public Hospital to be checked out before he was released.
George Nooks started his career with songs such as “Left with a Broken Heart” and “Tribal War” in the 1970’s and managed to boost his career again in the 2000’s with Gospel songs such as “God is Standing by”, “Ride Out Your Storm” and I’ll be standing by”.
