A rural area native, this Dancehall artiste has found success both at home and globally since first rising to stardom around 2012.
Since capturing the spotlight in Jamaica thanks to collaborations with his mentor, this artiste has gone on to work with the likes of Nigerian singers Davido and Burna Boy, and Canadian rapper Drake. While many artiste’s are known to stage a party or two occasionally, few have found success such as this deejay with his highly praised Unruly Fest.
The deejay, Dancehall star Popcaan, is known for his countryside trips and has acquired an all-terrain vehicle by popular mobility manufacturer Yamaha to help him on his adventures. The artiste shared multiple photos on his Instagram page on Monday of him posing beside the Yamaha’s Pure Sport Side-by-Side ATV.
In a video also shared in Monday’s post by Popcaan, the Family deejay can be seen navigating the rocky terrain of a river bed.
The Pure Sport Side-by-Side has been described as the company’s wildest ATV yet, capable of tearing up any terrain with its 27-inch beadlock wheels. Outfitted with a liquid-cooled 3-cylinder engine, a Pure Sport Side-by-Side can cost approximately US$27,399.
