Harvey Weinstein’s $44 million Settlement for Sexual Crimes Accusers

Harvey Weinstein the movie mogul who was accused of several sexual crimes by many women reached a temporary $44 million agreement with some creditors and accusers as reported by many reporters.

It is alleged that the money will be used to settle lawsuits against him. The accusations were made in January and one of the cases that were brought against the movie mogul by Ashley Judd was thrown out. Paz de la Huerta and Lupita Nyong’o also accused him and he has to answer to sexual harassment, cases that are still standing.

Weinstein could be going to trial in New York in September to answer to other charges of sex crimes including rape.

Mr. Weinstein who is now 67-year-old denies sexually harassing or abusing over 75 women.

Harvey is regarded as one of Hollywood’s most famous producers, one person stated that he was thanked as many times as God in Oscar acceptance speeches.
