Heavy Rain Across Jamaica to Continue for Several Days: Weather Report
This is the latest update, as of Saturday morning regarding the the reasons for the current rainy weather across Jamaica which is forecasted to last for about a week.
As per multiple satellite images, low-pressure movements across sections of Central America, southwest and south of Jamaica are causing the current rainy weather in the region.
In the coming days, a Tropical Wave is expected to move north towards Jamaica, passing east of the island, as the low-pressure from the south interacts with warm water in the centre of the Caribbean.
In the coming days, heavy rain and even flooding are expected in sections of Jamaica, Belize, Cuba, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and The Bahamas.
Furthermore, there is a possibility that the system develop into a Tropical Storm in the week.
