If Rapper Bobby Shmurda Stays Clean He Might Be Out of the Correctional Facility Next Month

If Bobby is released between now and February 23rd, he’ll be under parole supervision, but sources revealed that any mess-ups or bad behaviour might nullify the earlier conditional release date and he could be behind bars serving out his full sentence until December 11, 2021.

It was reported earlier that Shmurda was denied parole in September because of many violations, which included drug possession, having a shank and fighting. It is possible that he has changed since his application was rejected by the parole board.

The rapper made a plea deal to possess weapons and conspiracy to possess weapons in September 2016.

His sentence was a maximum of 7 years in prison, but he served time since December, 2014 and was given credit.

The incarcerated Rapper is serving time at New York’s Clinton Correctional Facility and he might be released 10 months earlier than the expected time when his sentence should end, because he participated in prison programs and didn’t give the authorities anymore reasons to keep him there.
