Protesting residents in St. Elizabeth are literally putting their lives on the line over unclean water and dust issues.
Some were standing, some sitting while others were laying down on the train track to halt JISCO/ALPART’s operations.
“bad communication between the company and the residents,” said one person while another stated that when they drink the water they get sick because all types of pollutions are in the water.
The residents are insisting that they won’t leave the tracks unless JISCO/ALPART management appears and give some good solutions.
