Jahshii’s Interview and Energy-Packed Performance On Onstage With Winford Williams

Recording artiste Jahshii was recently featured on Onstage TV with Winford Williams where he spoke of his rising career in Dancehall and gave an emotional, energy-packed performance for his single “Born Fighter”.
Since his last controversial feature on Onstage TV, the “Cream of the Crop” artiste described the experience in one word “Growth”. He detailed that his last interview impacted his career both positively and negatively but he has learnt from the experience.
Jahshii stated that his new track “Born Fighter”, which has racked in over 4-million views so far, is his favourite single to date. He further stated that he looks forward to dominating the stage and booking shows again seeing that the entertainment sector is now reopening from the two-year pause that resulted from Covid-19.
The talented young artiste shared that his friend and music producer Macrebo ‘Tadmar’ Watson who was killed in 2021 by law enforcement officers was influential throughout his music and his song “Born Fighter” is also a dedication to him. A verse in his song also made reference to his death “Jah Jah talk to me, dem just kill me friend, a weh dem wah do me”.
During the interview, the St. Andrew dancehall artiste was asked about Shabba Ranks, the young dancehaller detailed that he’s not a fan of Shabba, he doesn’t listen to Shabba’s music like how much he listens to Sizzla and others, he, however, took the time out to say, “big up Shabba Ranks”.
Host Winford Williams wished Jahshii much success and encouraged him to stay focused throughout his musical career.
