Jamaica to receive first Entertainment Centre

[Sharingbuttons]In a recent press briefing Jamaica’s Minister of Tourism Edmund Bartlett announce that plans are on the way to create Jamaica’s first ever entertainment center in Montego Bay, St. James. The highly anticipated project is expected to take at least 4 years and should be complete some time in 2020.

Minister Edmund Bartlett stated that “We will allocate $50 million to do the design and the necessary preparatory work to ensure that construction of that facility can begin later in this fiscal year” .
Bartlett also went on to say that two products will be created by the Tourism Sector to help create jobs and in tandem also provide additional high quality culture experiences for visitors in particular tourists.
