They have been using herbs that is grown in their yard to do their job. The women who get abortions done by them are asked to sign a document before the herb is given to them.

After a certain amount of time, the herb cause the women to have pain in their abdomen, they are then sent to the hospital where they tell the Doctor that they are having a miscarriage, Doctors will then complete the abortion as they don’t know that the pregnancy was tampered with.
