Dancehall artiste Tyvel Dixon who is better known as Jamal has found himself in a predicament after himself and several of his affiliates were accosted by law enforcers after a performance at Mecca nightclub on Constant Spring Road, St. Andrew.
As per a report from RJR, the ‘Dunce’ artiste was arrested Friday morning as a result of gang involvement with details highlighting that he’s the leader of the Dunce Gang and a person of interest for three killings. However, the police pointed out that he’s not a suspect in the murders currently.
Nevertheless, the deejay will be questioned regarding his alleged involvement in a criminal organization, the Dunce Gang, located in St. James.
This is the second time the ‘1 Chop’ artiste has found himself behind bars in less than two months. He was arrested in late December, causing him to sleep in jail for Christmas.
Speaking on the arrest in December, while talking to Jayden on a TikTok live stream, Kandy said, “Dem nuh dig dung Dunce Man bredda, a bay police a dig dung the man and carry the man guh a station… him nuh get fi perform.”
Two of Jamal’s phones were seized by the police.
