Court proceedings went on for hours on day one, however, the Portmore artiste shared a particular part of the proceedings, a 15-minute video in which Buchanan reiterates a member of the defence team in saying that there was a “poison” being spread amongst jurors, with the knowledge of a bribe attempt by a fellow juror.
Livingston Cain, the juror in question was subsequently found guilty in 2022 for perverting the course of justice contrary to common law.
The second part of Buchanan’s speech questioned the legality and validity of cell phone and other telecommunication evidence obtained and used by the prosecution.
