It is possible that Kim makes up to $720,000.00 per post, in 2018 Forbes reported that she was worth a cool $350 million, Kim K is suing ‘Misguided USA’ a fast fashion brand because they are allegedly using her images to sell knock-offs.

The company has not responded to the lawsuit as yet, so Kim is asking for a default judgement of $5 million. She believes this is reasonable because of the amount of money she makes from her Instagram posts, she calculated the amount by using those figures.

The lawyer who represents Kim said Misguided constantly uses the names and images of Kardashians and other celebrities to advertise and spark interest in its website and clothing.

Kim believes it is devastating to watch fashion companies rip off designs that have taken the blood, sweat and tears of true designers who put their all in their original ideas. She said she watched these companies profit from her husband’s work for years and now that what they are doing is affecting designers who have been so generous to give her access to their beautiful work, she can no longer sit silent.

The fast fashion site gets people to sign up for their mailing list by causing people to believe that there is a relationship going on between Kim and the fashion site, when this is far from the truth.
