Lawsuit Filed Against DaBaby After He PUNCH Fan in Her face

After a skirmish at a Tampa Bay Show DaBaby has a lawsuit to face for allegedly assaulting a female patron. Tyronesha Laws is the victim and she is suing the Rapper for battery, the intentional infliction of emotional distress and more damages that were done.

The victim’s lawyer Matt Morgan and Chelsea Cromer revealed that they have filed a formal lawsuit against DaBaby because of the incident that happened at the event.

His behaviour was outrageous and shocking, and the lawyers are seeking to deter similar conduct in the future, they want to send a message to others so that this behaviour will not be repeated. They requested a jury trial with the intention to present the surrounding circumstances to a jury of their client’s peers.

DaBaby claimed that a female fan put her phone close to his face and that caused him to do what he did, but Laws revealed that she was not the fan who was pestering the Rapper and he showed no remorse after she was hurt.

However, the skirmish was recorded, and the video footage was circulated on social media showing the incident. The lawyer who is representing DaBaby denied the accusation and said he attacked someone else.

Their client had this to say “I do sincerely apologize. I do. I’m very sorry that there was a female on the other end of the light on the phone and I couldn’t see because the light was too close to me.” he responded in an Instagram story. He also said there were a lot of phones flashing, but they were not as close to him as hers was.
