Man Stabbed to Death in Downtown Kingston on Christmas Day

The police are now investigating the death of a man who was stabbed on Orange Street in downtown Kingston on Christmas morning.
The deceased man was later identified as 53-year-old Leeford Smith of West Avenue, in Kingston.
It was reported that approximately after 5am, Smith was standing near to a stall in the area, when a man that had a knife stabbed him multiple times, the attacker then quickly ran away.
The victim who was later identified as Smith was assisted to the hospital, but he was pronounced dead after he got there.
