Man Stabbed to Death When he Tried to protect his Girlfriend from Her Ex

A woman was attacked by her ex and her 40-year-old partner Damion Carter was fatally stabbed as he tried to protect her during the attack by the man.

The suspect was turned in to the police by a relative after Damion died. 

He has been accused of stabbing Carter after 10:30pm Wednesday night at a house on Lawrence Drive in St Andrew.

Carter collapsed on the road, after he was stabbed multiple times, he collapsed as he tried to get away from the man who attacked him and died later.

The matter is being probed by the Constant Spring Criminal Investigation Branch.
