Marcus Garvey’s eldest son Dies At Age 90

The son of National Hero Marcus Mosiah Garvey has recently passed away from the Alzheimers disease at the age of 90.

Marcus Garvey III was born in St. Andrew Jamaica and was also a notable polymath having careers as a physicist, mathematician and electrical engineer.

He also served as a past president of his father’s UNIA organization.

Garvey III passed away on Tuesday, in Wellington Florida.

The honoured son of the National hero leaves two sons, a stepdaughter, his wife Jean and his brother, Dr Julius Garvey.
