Mavado and Trippie Redd working on New Song

Dancehall star Mavado who is currently locked in a lyrical war with former friend Drake is set to release a song with rap star Trippie Redd.

Dancehall fans become aware of this new collaboration with the two when Mavado reposted a Trippie Redd IG story to his IG Stories section. Trippie wrote “Trippe x @mavadogully” which declares that this song will be a collaborative effort.

Trippie Redd earlier explained in an interview that he was to be on Gods Plan with Drake but he took too long to finish his verse. Drake then put the song out without him however there wasn’t any bad blood between the two.

Now Trippie Redd is highlighting Mavado’s music on his Instagram which has 11 million followers.

The video that was shared by Redd features vocals from the Gully Gad singing “Jump spread out out all a di gal dem jump spread out” which sounds raw and unmixed. Just a small piece of the song however from those few words it would appear to be a party song for the females in the club or dancefloor.
