DMX will be honoured by his, loved ones, family, friends and fans at the premier entertainment venue in the USA, the Barclays Centre.

On Saturday, April 24, X’s public memorial will be held at the arena in Brooklyn. Sources also revealed that the they still don’t know how tickets will work as yet.

The limited capacity will obviously be in effect because of the COVID-19 restrictions.

Reports also stated that DMX’s family and close contacts will be attending a more private funeral service at a church NYC on Sunday, April 25.

The Mayor, Mike Spano liked the idea of the family using Yonkers Raceway for the service, because X grew up right there in the city. There are still other plans for DMX to be remembered there, Spano reported that it is possible that there might be a statue or a street named after him.

During the Masters of Ceremony event. DMX hit the Barclays Center stage in June 2019 in what has now become one of his final big shows

The Barclays memorial will be held just over 2 weeks after X died following complications caused by a drug overdose, he was left on life support for a week.
