Men Involved In Pop Smoke’s Murder Charged

Four teenagers were confirmed to be responsible for the murder of the young American rapper Pop smoke and were all charged accordingly.

 The age of the men identified in the crime is 15,17,18 and 19 which according to the law places the 18 and 19-year old in a very compromising position since they are eligible for capital punishment by way of the murder happening at the cause of burglary and robbery. 

The two adults identified with the murder were named to be Corey Walker and Keandre Rogers.

Even though there has not been a conclusion on whether the death penalty is going to be served to the young men they would need to serve life in prison without parole.

The young men identified with the murder of Pop Smoke were also known according to the LAPD police to be a part of a Los Angeles street gang which was also involved in the murder of Kamryn Stone which they are still investigating. 

The murder of Pop Smoke properly known as Bashar Jackson took place on the 19th of February, 2020 while he was staying in a home he rented in Hollywood Hills, California. 

The Court will be deciding very soon whether the death penalty will be given to the adults involved in the murder while the two juveniles will be tried by the court for the murder.
