He underwent several surgeries in the USA and now he is alert and his mother is saying she is very grateful to all the people who did a little and the others who did a lot so that her son could hold on to life. She is also thanking God for all his goodness.

The Mother and Grandmother were saying they didn’t expect him to live, just after they saw what the dog had done to him.

Mickele has an appointment to see a doctor for a check-up, at the Bustamante Hospital for Children in Kingston in another few weeks. He is in the healing process now and he can’t do another surgery to repair his ears until he gets stronger. The surgeon will communicate with them and say what next will be done for Mickele.

It was reported that four of the dogs that mauled the five-year-old boy was humanely put to death.
