Migos samples “Get Up, Stand Up” by Bob Marley

American rap trio Migos is the latest to Sample Jamaican reggae legend Bob Marley with “Get Up, Stand Up” in a sons called Crown The Kings off their Culture 2 Album recently released, Culture 2 debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, R&B Hip Hop Album, Rap Album and Canadian album charts last week.

The original Get Up, Stand Up was recorded in 1973. It was co-written by Bob Marley and Peter Tosh and appears on The Wailers’ Burnin’ album, released in 1973 by Island Records.
