Ministry of Health Shuts Down Iconic Kingston ‘Crab Spot’ at Heroes Circle After Viral Incident – Watch Videos

Following the viral unsanitary incident involving a female vendor at the iconic Jamaican food spot Crab Circle at National Heroes Circle in Kingston, the Ministry of Health is in the process of shutting down operations at the location.

Social media was sent into a tailspin after a video began rapidly circulating online of a female vendor at the popular food spot known for its crab and corn stands. In the video, the woman could be seen within one of the several outdoor cookshops at Crab Circle, cleansing herself of excrement.

According to reports, members of the Ministry of Health visited the location on Thursday and are in the process of shutting down vending operations.

In a video taken from the scene, multiple police officers can be seen along the cordoned-off street containing the various stalls.

One man can be seen disposing of a large pot of what appears to be soup, which was possibly prepared to be sold.
