Mom Arrested after Not Presenting her 2 Missing Children

Lori Vallow the mother of 2 missing Idaho siblings whose arrest came 3 weeks after she refused to comply with the court order to produce her 2 children Joshua Vallow and Tylee Ryan.

She is facing two Felony counts of desertion and non-support of dependent children, criminal solicitation to commit a crime, resisting or obstructing officers and contempt of court.

The 46-year-old mother got married to 50-year-old Chad Daybell late last year not long after the death of his wife who he was with for 29 years and 4 months after her husband was shot to death by her brother.

17-year-old Tylee and 7-year-old Joshua have been missing since September and their mother, a fugitive was arrested in Hawaii recently and held on a $5 Million bond.

When the couple was seen at the Kauai Airport, after they fled Idaho, they were refusing to answer questions about the children.

Daybell returned to the condo where he and his wife stayed before she was arrested, and he still refused to speak.

The warrant for the arrest was issued by authorities in Madison County Idaho.

Persons are still concerned about the children even though the mother was arrested, they are hoping she will now reveal where the children are.
