Pastor On The Run After Rape Accusations

A Pastor for an Apostolic Church in Granville, St. James is now said to be on the run after he was accused of raping a 15-year-old girl, who is a member of his congregation. The allegations made against him are supported by the fact that he did not turn up to service on Sunday.

The matter was reported to the police by the teenager on the 28th of May who also got medically examined, and according to her, the Pastor violated her sexually when she went to visit him.

Superintendent Vernon Ellis who is the commanding officer of the Barnett Street Police where the incident was reported, is calling for the Church leader to turn himself In at the Freeport station as they have been searching for him without any success.

To further confirm that the Pastor is on the run allegations are true, Superintendent Ellis said they even went to the church looking and he was not there.
