Police Constable Passes Away Because Of Covid-19

A JCF constable by the name of Damion Knight has reportedly passed away recently from Covid-19, after being sick for several weeks and not positively reacting to treatment.

Chairman of the Jamaica Police Federation, Corporal Rohan James, broke the news, and let the public know that it is true that the officer had died.

Constable Knight, was an officer at the Ports Division, of the JCF in Montego Bay, however, is well known to have served at other station locations in the parish.

According to the reports of the surrounding circumstances of the Constables death, he had been feeling ill for some time after which he was tested positive for Covid-19 and admitted to the Falmouth Hospital where he was being treated; however, unfortunately, succumbed to the sickness to the extreme state that it has been worsened to.
