Popaan’s Album Release Parties in Canada and the UK – See Posts, Watch Video

Popcaan hosted two more album lunch parties in the United Kingdom and Canada for his newly released Great Is He album. Both celebrations follow his private album launch party in Jamaica, which took place a day before the album hit streaming platforms.

On Instagram, the dancehall sensation shared content about his extravagant launch parties, which he attended in luxurious fur coats. He did, however, ditch the coats as he partied with his guests.

The staging in Canada, which is Drake’s native country, occurred over five days ago. While posting a video of the night, Popcaan noted in the caption, “#GIHE Canada🇨🇦 #GIHE UK 🇬🇧 next✊🏿👊🏿 keep streaming 🔥.” 

The video, which begins with the 34-year-old singer making his way into the venue in a coat, shows a glimpse of those in attendance and the festivities of the night, which included Popcaan breaking out some dance moves.

The Family singer made two more posts some hours ago regarding the success of last night’s album launch in the UK. The posts featured a series of images of him posing with multiple individuals, starting with a solo shot of him in a fur coat. 

In one of his captions, he mentioned his eagerness to kick off his UK tour by saying, “#GIHE album release party in the Uk. Appreciate everyone one that roll out🙏🏿 I can’t wait for my uk tour to start!! Stay tune.”

Another caption showed his gratitude to God for all his blessings, which read, “Dear God, Thank you for all my blessings and thank you for all my flaws. Grateful for everything you’ve help me to achieve.🙏🏿 #GIHE out now!!!”

While it is unclear whether his girlfriend Toni-Ann Singh partied with him in Canada as she did at the staging in Jamaica, she was spotted grinning alongside another female with Popcaan in one of the UK photos. Another photo on his IG Story showed his arm flung around her shoulder while they posed with a group.

Since the release of Great Is He, Popcaan’s fifth studio album, on January 27, he has entered YouTube’s Trending Music chart with two of his songs from the album. His collaboration with Chronic Law, entitled St. Thomas Native, has accumulated 227k views and ranks number 11 on the chart. The official music video for the Aboboyaa collab with Burna Boy is at number 19 with 1.2 million views.
