Popcaan’s “Unruly Fest” in London

Usually held as an annual event in his hometown of St. Thomas, Jamaica, the Unruly Boss, Popcaan, takes things international with the return staging of his Unruly Fest to be held in England’s capital city, London, United Kingdom (UK).

The event has been on Hiatus for the last three years because of the covid-19 pandemic and is slated to make its return on Thursday, November 30, 2023. It was announced sometime last year, however, there was no date attached to the festival until the latest update.

A simple flyer uploaded to Instagram stated, “POPCAAN AND FRIENDS Unruly FEST LONDON • 30 NOVEMBER 2023,” with the caption, “UNRULY FEST 2023 🇬🇧.”

Reacting to the news of the event’s announcement date, a host of fire emojis can be seen under the post with someone saying, “I need to be there,” and another questioning, “When tickets out?”

The first two stagings of the event were both held in St. Thomas where the deejay, birth name Andre Sutherland, is from. It was first held in 2018 on Saturday, December 22, and in 2019 on Saturday, December 21.
