R. Kelly Facing Fresh Abuse Allegations Including Sleeping with 17-year-old Boy

R. Kelly the US R&B superstar was accused of more abuse allegations recently, these claims include an accusation that he had a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old boy in 2006. Prosecutors made the allegations recently, they said the singer abused the teenager after meeting him at a Chicago McDonald’s.

They are seeking evidence of this, and other alleged crimes, that Kelly wasn’t charged for to be heard at his trial in August. The famous star denies ever abusing anyone, and his lawyers did not respond to the latest allegations.

The singer’s real name is Robert Kelly, and he is set to face trial next month in New York. His charges include racketeering, obstruction of justice, child sexual exploitation and making indecent images of minors.

Six unnamed women and girls caused him to be charged.

Currently, prosecutors are also seeking to get jurors to hear over a dozen other cases for people who they say were also abused, threatened or mistreated by Kelly. They include an aspiring musician, the 17-year-old boy allegedly met the star at a McDonald’s and then went to the singer’s Chicago studio because Kelly had offered to assist the boy with his music career, but later Kelly allegedly had sexual contact with the teen.

The prosecutor has made these allegations, that the boy introduced Kelly to a male friend, who was about 16-years-old, and the Grammy Award winner had a sexual relationship with him many years later. Prosecutors say the statements given by the two boys’ and those given by others will show Kelly’s alleged crimes “were not isolated events and were part of a larger pattern”.

They also made allegations about the star forcing several female sexual partners – including a minor, to have intercourse with the teen boy as he filmed them.

The judge has not yet ruled, on whether the new evidence provided by the prosecutor will be accepted.

R. Kelly, was among the biggest R&B stars of the 1990s, The “I Wish” singer has been in jail for approximately 2 years and his trial which will take place in New York, is set to take place on August 9.
