Raheem Sterling Shows Off New Chelsea Jersey

Raheem Sterling is officially a member of Chelsea FC after he departed from his team of over half a decade, Manchester City.

Chelsea officially introduced their new player on Wednesday, posting several images of Sterling in his Chelsea jersey at Dayton Way in Los Angeles, and writing on one such image that it looked so right. Sterling is currently in Los Angeles with his new club where he met with Chelsea fans and had his first training session with his teammates. The club is training in L.A for their pre-season friendlies in the United States and will soon be leaving L.A to make their way to the Allegiant Stadium in Los Vegas where they will be playing against Club America.

In an interview with chelseafc.com Sterling spoke about his recent transfer saying, “I’ve obviously achieved a lot in my career so far, but there is still so much more to achieve and I’m really looking forward to doing that in a Chelsea shirt, under Thomas’s management.”

He went on to thank the chairman and co-controlling owner Todd Boehly as well as those that were involved in the transfer process and expressed his excitement about returning to London and playing in front of fans and family at Stamford Bridge.
