Following up with the post by Reggae Sumfest, Bounty Killer made his own post asking for the public’s opinion on who they think should be allowed to be a participant in the 2024 tribute.
He uploaded the poster for the tribute to his Instagram (IG) account and wrote in the caption, “I do had an idea of who I wanted to be a part of the tribute but which of my protégé associates affiliates or allegiances y’all think should be a part of it…”
He also made mention that although he is sure Mavado and Vybz Kartel would love to be a part of it, he would like people not to mention them due to “circumstances beyond their control” preventing them from participating.

In response to the IG post, multiple invested fans stated that the original Scare Dem members should be allowed to participate along with any artiste that the ‘Godfather’ has supported throughout the years along with their lineage.
Other artistes that were mentioned were Baby Cham, Beenie Man, Popcaan, Etana, DJ Khaled, Spice, Wayne Marshall, Aidonia, Richie Stevens, and many others.
However, real_scluba could not choose any specific artiste and stated, “For me that’s an impossible task because the list is too long.”
