Reports of Beenie Man Being Arrested In Ghana For Covid-19 Protocol Violation

Beenie Man had been one of the main names since lately, that has been reverberating on the tongues of Jamaicans since it was revealed that the “Girls Dem Sugar ” has a new boo. In one of the many videos that were released online showing Davis, and his new girlfriend Camille Lee, it was shown where the two were in Africa having a great time since the veteran Dancehall act was booked to perform on Stonebwoy’s Bhim concert being kept in Ghana.

The news today, however, shared a twist to the story as it was revealed that Beenie was arrested in the African country by their security agencies who held on to the artiste after he was said to have disobeyed some Covid-19 health protocols after his arrival in the Ghanaian nation.

The entertainer after his test results was ordered to stay at the AH Hotel for a mandatory quarantine which was required of him after he arrived at the Kotoka International Airport (KIA), but it was revealed that the orders were disobeyed by the Jamaican artiste who was reported to have left the facility he was staying before his quarantine was up and even appeared on the concert being kept at AICC Grand Arena in Accra, the capital of Ghana.

The entertainer was even seen sharing the stage with other Artistes including Stonebwoy himself and was subsequently arrested after the show according to the reports. The matter was then escalated to the Ghana Health Service, where it was also revealed that the “Docta” accomplished what he did by the use of a fake clearance certificate.

The matter has since been under investigation by security officials of Ghana whose Covid-19 cases have reached over 137,760, according to www.myjoyonline.com who initially published the story. In terms of deaths, 1,277 persons have since died in the African nation from the virus, with a record case count of 1,320 in one day.

Will we hear Beenie Man address the matter? We will need to wait to hear because if he does he will be getting a lot of feedback from his Jamaican people, which will be very interesting if it occurs.
