Retired Cop Explains Pepper Stray Incident Along Molynes Road [Video]

Tvj News went and got in contact with the retired cop who got sprayed by a police officer. The Veteran Cop, Mr. Campbell explains that he overtakes 2 vehicle along Molynes Road after which he was stop by officiers. He was requested to prove his drivers licence however the retired cop did not have it on him.

An investigation is on the way on the matter.
