Ricky Trooper’s Daughter Bri Bri Reportedly Shot and Killed in Connecticut USA

The Bridgeport police in Connecticut, USA, has reported the discovery of a 23-year-old Bridgeport woman who was shot to death inside a condominium after responding to a citizen’s complaint, according to early reports emerging. However, the early reports from the police have not released the identity of the female victim.

Despite this, multiple entertainers and bloggers in Jamaica, including dancehall stalwarts Bounty Killer and Footah Hype, have confirmed the 23-year-old female victim as the daughter of legendary dancehall selector Ricky Trooper. Both Bounty Killer and Footah Hype have also shared an image of a man they accused of carrying out the brutal attack on their Instagram accounts.

Bounty shared the image with the caption, “Mi nuh like one bone inna @rickytrooper876  but mi worse nuh like this my condolences goes out to her family and friends the kids are innocent send it around the villages are responsible for our children play unuh part folks let’s bring him to justice now.”

Fellow selector Footah Hype also posted the same image with the following caption, “This is really sad bad this ruff @rickytrooper876 I don’t know how u feel I don’t know what to say this is painful.

The breaking news is yet to be confirmed or denied by Ricky Trooper.

Bridgeport police responded to an incident shortly before 11:20 am on Thursday, April 6, at 333 Vincellette Street in Coachlight Square condos, according to police reports. Captain Kevin Gilleran, Commanding Officer of the Bridgeport Police, said that upon arrival at the scene, patrol officers located the unresponsive woman who appeared to have been shot to death.

In response to the incident, Gilleran said that medical personnel arrived at the scene and pronounced the victim dead as soon as they arrived. In response to the murder, the Detective Bureau Homicide Squad has been notified and taken over the full investigation of the incident.

“This appears to be an isolated incident where the victim knew her attacker,” Captain Kevin Gilleran said in response to the homicide.
